Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Palpedia, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site. If you access it on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have sufficient authorization to accept these terms on their behalf.

Minors must use the service with the authorization and supervision required by the laws of their place of residence.

Alcance

What Palpedia offers

Palpedia brings together Palworld reference information and tools, including Pal profiles, items and structures, maps, technology trees, and breeding or capture calculators.

The service is informational and provided for assistance. Its calculations, filters, statistics, and recommendations may contain errors, become outdated, or differ from the behavior of a specific game version. Palpedia does not guarantee in-game results.

Ownership

Unofficial project and intellectual property

Palpedia is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, sponsored, approved, or administered by Pocketpair, Inc. or other rights holders associated with Palworld.

Palworld, its names, characters, images, icons, and other associated materials belong to their respective owners. Palpedia’s interface, original organization, code, and original text remain protected by applicable law.

The presence of third-party material does not grant any license to that material beyond what is permitted by law or its owner.

Permitted use and responsibilities

You may use Palpedia for personal, informational, and legitimate purposes. You are responsible for complying with applicable law and using the service without harming other people or its infrastructure.

Not permitted

• attempting unauthorized access to systems, data, or restricted areas;
• introducing malicious code, bypassing security measures, or interfering with the operation of the site;
• sending automated requests that degrade the service or prevent normal use;
• impersonating Palpedia, presenting the project as official, or using it to deceive third parties;
• reusing content in a way that infringes intellectual-property rights or other applicable rules.

Data, links, and third-party services

Some information may come from public sources, game files, community documentation, or third-party services. We try to indicate provenance when relevant, but we do not control or endorse all external content.

Links to other sites are provided for convenience. Each third party applies its own terms, policies, and practices. Palpedia is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, or content.

Operation

Service availability and evolution

We may correct, update, add, limit, or remove features to maintain and improve Palpedia. We may also temporarily interrupt access for maintenance, security, technical failures, or causes beyond our control.

We are not obligated to preserve any feature, URL, or specific data version forever.

Accuracy

Palpedia is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, free of errors or threats, or that all information will be complete, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Palpedia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of—or inability to use—the service, or for decisions made solely from its data.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded, including cases of willful misconduct, personal injury, or violations of mandatory consumer rights where applicable.

Updates

Changes to these terms

We may modify these terms to reflect new features, legal changes, or improvements to security and clarity. The effective date at the beginning identifies the current version.

When a change is material, we will try to communicate it visibly before it takes effect. Using the service after that date means accepting the updated version.

Legal framework

Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms will be interpreted under the applicable law. If you act as a consumer, nothing in them limits the mandatory protection of your country of residence or your right to bring a claim before the courts designated by applicable rules.
