Patch notes
What happened
The August 12 update reduces several late-game costs, improves crude-oil production and fixes progression, co-op, server and construction issues.
Patch notes
Technology and construction become less expensive
Pocketpair lowered Jetragon-related technology requirements and reduced associated equipment materials. The Aquatic Construction Kit moved from technology level 66 to 23, its Ancient Technology Point cost fell from four to one and its material and work requirements were adjusted.
Ancient armor crafting work was also adjusted, while trees now provide twice as much Fiber. Players following a v1.0.2 checklist should compare current requirements before spending resources.
Patch notes
Oil and World Tree resources receive practical buffs
Construction costs fell for the Crude Oil Extractor, High-Pressure Crude Oil Extractor and Large Power Generator, while extraction speed increased. A related mission can now recognize the high-pressure extractor.
World Tree Holy Water lasts longer, weighs 0.1 instead of 1 and appears in more acquisition paths, including expeditions, fishing and the Large Fishing Pond. Drops from World Tree Pals and Teafant Spring were increased.
Patch notes
The fix list spans progression, servers and bases
The official notes list fixes for a Sunreach progression blocker, co-op lighting and cutscenes, dedicated-server fast travel and Pal vibration, summoned-Pal behavior, raid bosses, building on stairs or slanted roofs, item duplication and display settings.
A new dedicated-server setting, bAllowEnemyCampSpawnNearBaseCamp, controls whether enemy camps may appear near a base. Server operators should back up configuration before enabling it.
